The maintenance method for conventional fault of Lithium Battery Charger:
1.The output voltage is normal, but the charging current is small. In this case, it should be checked whether the device has bad contact or damage. If everything is normal, then the charger should be replaced to exclude the fault.
2.Severe fever, it has burnt shell deformation phenomenon. This is mainly the failure of some users to carry the parts that some components loosen. Mainly for abnormal voltage working, large heat, the charger shell is deformed seriously. The circuit board is burnt and voltage is damaged. It is necessary to check whether the components are open or not.
3.When charging, the power indicator light is bright, charging indicator is orange. First check the charger output plug and the battery box charging plug, whether they are inserted or not. If there is no problem, you can check the fuse.
Note: in the replacement of the charger’s output line, be sure the positive and negative of the original machine. Pay attention to protect your E-bike Battery and charger and can prolong their service life.
